1, 2, 3 - Wake up Jeff!!
We have a Wiggles addict on our hands. Yes, I'm talking about those 4 grown men who wear colored shirts and dance around for fun. Jackson loves them!! We FINALLY got a DVR or whatever it is called and can now record them (they come on at 7:00 am and Jack most often missed them). That is good news and bad news...good news because we can watch them when he wakes up (so sweet - he sits in my lap with his blanket and eats a banana while watching them). Bad news - he wants to watch them all the time!! His favorite thing the Wiggles do is counting to three to wake up Jeff (the purple Wiggle - so sad, i know). They say "1, 2, 3 - Wake Up Jeff!!". Jack loves that part and has taken to waving one little, chubby finger in the air saying "un, un, un - ba ba ba!! (his version of 1, 2, 3 - wake up Jeff!!). I hear it first thing in the morning when he wakes up and is playing in his crib, I hear it in the car and while eating lunch. One night I even heard it in the middle of the night!! Probably dreaming about the Wiggles. Today when I was putting him down for his nap he was doing it and got kind of mad because I wouldn't let him watch his show. As he drifted off to sleep I heard him saying "un, un, un - ba, ba, ba!!"...

So funny! I love it! Landree does the same thing. She doesn't understand that The Backyardigans isn't on everyone's tv all the time.
She will shake her little finger too from a song. Today she was walking around shaking her finger...looks kind of sassy.
Congrats on your move into the 21st century!
We love our DVR. Wish we would have had it years ago, but unlike the Grays, I think we sometimes watch what is being recorded. So sad. :)
Caleb is a Backyardigans fan also. He will stop what he is doing and just watch it and then dance along when they are singing a song. It is so cute to see.
I am glad to see that someone else has kids songs running through their head at weird times. Guess that is part of being a mom and also part of making sure they are hearing good things. :)
