This is what my Jack told me one day when I told him he could not have any more candy.
"Oh yeah, Mommy, cause if you eat too much candy your teeth'll fall outta your head right???"
"That's right, Jack"
We went trick or treating in our neighborhood with Riley and Graysie (from our small group) this year. Our neighborhood is sooo kid-friendly and mainly made up of families with small children. There was a parade and then a costume judging .
Jackson rreeeaaalllyy wanted to be Batman this year - this is actually the first year I bought him a costume (sniff, sniff). We had a black mask and black cape (which he always wears while pretending to be a superhero) but I couldnt get it together this year to get the rest of a costume made. So, I cut myself some slack (hey, we had a 7 week old) and bought him Batman. He loved it and was so excited to have a Batman mask with pointy ears "like the real Batman, Mommy"
Here are Riley (Tennessee player, of course), Graysie (the most beautiful princess) and Jack (the super-cool Batman) at our house before the parade and trick-or-treating.
Jack, Graysie (I see Riely's Tennessee helmet off to the right but have no idea what happened to him) during the costume judging for Jack's age group.
Getting the good stuff (kind of dark, I know). Graysie had a hard time understanding that once you got one piece of candy you were supposed to turn around and leave. She just kept sticking around and since she was so cute - just kept getting more candy. These boys could take some lessons from her.
